-Direcci\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y Grupos Minoritarios, Discriminaci\u00f3n , Xenofobia, Trata de Personas, Discapacidad- de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, informo que\u00a0 en el d\u00eda de ayer en horas del mediod\u00eda quedo en libertad el ciudadano Agust\u00edn Santill\u00e1n, alias \u201cAnaconda\u201d y de esta manera se lleva tranquilidad a toda su familia y tambi\u00e9n a la ONG Amnist\u00eda Internacional quien consider\u00f3 que la Justicia de la Tercera Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial se encontraba violando derechos del ciudadano Wichi Agust\u00edn Santill\u00e1n, sin estar debidamente \u00a0informada y tampoco asesorada correctamente pues esta ONG, no puede se\u00f1alar que se usa el Derecho Penal para silenciar los reclamos del Se\u00f1or Agust\u00edn Santill\u00e1n, ya que todos debemos responder por nuestros hechos il\u00edcitos contemplados en el C\u00f3digo Penal Argentino ante la Justicia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ombudsman Provincial, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Leonardo Gialluca, se\u00f1alo que debemos entender que todos somos iguales ante la ley y que el Se\u00f1or Santill\u00e1n posee entre otras las siguientes causas judiciales: SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 230\/14 C PRESUNTA COACCION AGRAVADA ATENTADO Y RESISTENCIA CONTRA LA AUTORIDAD PERTURBACION DEL EJERCICIO DE LA FUNCION PUBLICA PRIVACION ILEIMA DE LA LIBERTAD AGRAVAD Y DA\u00d1O AGRAVADO, SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 376-\/14 C\/ ROBO EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA, LESIONES, DA\u00d1O Y ATENTADO CONTRA LA AUTORIDAD, SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 105\/15 C\/ INF ART 194 CPA, ATENTADO CONTRA LA AUTORIDAD A MANO ARMADA , LESIONES Y DA\u00d1OS- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 159\/15 C\/ ATENTADO Y RESISTENCIA CONTRA LA AUTORIDAD EN POBLADO Y BANDA, LESIONES ASOCIACION ILICITA, ROBO EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA, CALIFICADA DA\u00d1O E INCENDIO- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 226\/15 C\/ DA\u00d1O Y AMENAZAS CON EL USO DE ARMA BLANCA EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 227\/ 15 C\/ DA\u00d1O AGRAVADO, ATENTADO Y RESISTENCIA CONTRA LA AUTORIDAD CON EL USO DE ARMA, INTIMIDACION PUBLICA E INCITACION A LA VIOLENCIA EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 311\/15 C\/ AMENAZA Y VIOLACION DE DOMICILIO- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 312\/15 C\/ DA\u00d1O \u2013 SUMARIO DE PREVENCION\u00a0 N\u00ba 341\/15 C\/ AMENAZA E INTIMIDACION PUBLICA- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba342\/15 C\/ VIOLACION DE DOMICILIO,DA\u00d1O, LESIONES EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 347\/15 C\/ PORTACION \u00a0INDEBIDA DE ARMA DE FUEGO Y AMENANZAS, SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 348\/15 INCENDIO- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N 350\/15 C\/ ROBO EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA- SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 418\/16 ROBO A MANO ARMADA, AMENAZA EN POBLADO Y EN BANDA, SUMARIO DE PREVENCION N\u00ba 77\/16.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante lo cual un importante diario nacional, ya condeno el d\u00eda domingo pasado al Estado Provincial, y victimizo a Agust\u00edn Santill\u00e1n, sin respetar las Instituciones y Poderes\u00a0 constituidos, dando por cierto hechos y conductas que desconocen absolutamente, pero lo falaz siempre es ef\u00edmero y esperemos que ahora tambi\u00e9n puedan publicar que la Justicia de Formosa, ha otorgado la libertad a Agust\u00edn Santill\u00e1n y que los procesos judiciales continuaran y el mismo deber\u00e1 defenderse procesalmente como cualquier ciudadano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
